I LOVE to grill can you give me a few recipes?
GRILLED PORK CHOPS

4 thickly cut (1 inch at least) pork chops

2 tsp. coarse ground pepper

2 tsp. molasses

2 tsp. garlic

2 tsp. salt

Combine molasses, ground pepper, garlic and salt. Rub mixture evenly on each side of the pork chops. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grill on a hot grill about 5 minutes per side or until done.

Bon Appetit!

SAVORY GRILLED POTATOES IN FOIL

Prep 15 Min./Grill 30 Min.

1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper

3 baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices

1 lg. onion, sliced

Mix together salad dressing and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Stir in potatoes and onions to coat.

Divide potato mixture evenly among six 12 inch square pieces of heavy-duty foil. Seal each to form packet.

Place foil packets on grill over medium-hot coals (coals will have slight glow). Grill, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Reply:I do a lot of cooking from scratch, and have never liked those recipes that call for a can of mushroom soup or a package of rice pilaf. I like to make barbecue marinades from scratch, using spices, fruit and fruit juices, oils, etc. But I have to admit, the best barbecue marinade I make is...

Easy Chinese Barbecue Sauce!

Mix together equal parts of ketchup, soy sauce, and honey. That's it.

Marinate chicken, thinly sliced beef, pork chops, vegetables, cut potatoes, whatever. Grill away.

The secret to grilling chicken is to slow it down and be patient. Cook longer and on a lower heat, and keep a clean spray bottle of water handy. Cool it down during cooking with a good spray of water on the chicken and the coals.
Reply:RUBBED AND GRILLED PORK LOIN

On gas grill, move pork to one side of grill; turn off the gas directly under the pork. Leave the rest of the grill on medium heat. Cook, covered for 70 to 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.

Serve with your favorite sauce.
