How to make rosemary tea?

How to make rosemary tea?
You can easily make your own rosemary tea by putting two tablespoons of fresh rosemary or one tablespoon of dried rosemary in a mug. Pound the rosemary lightly to release the aroma, then add one cup boiling water. Steep, covered, to desired strength. This is "drinking strength" tea -- if you are going to use it on the skin, you may want to make it stronger.

Although rosemary is a "good for what ails you" all-purpose herb, I am not familiar with using it as a treatment for skin infections. Perhaps oil of rosemary (which should not be used internally) would be better??
