What do you think about this meal? is it unified?

i was thinking of making a ratatouille/ goat cheese tian w/ rosemary for dinner and then having a parfait style pear tapioca with passion fruit coulis. im just worried about how well it will all fit together. what do you think?please use a gourmet cooking perspective when answering

What do you think about this meal? is it unified?
I think each dish sounds delicious, and that they go well together. Is the tian the main entree, or are you doing a meat as well? If this is for a formal dinner you should have 2-3 more side dishes on the menu, though :)
Reply:i think that these dishes will flow well together because of the acidic qualities that both will posess. these flavors will go well with a sauvignon blanc or a nice hoppy beer like maybe an ipa. good luck to you.
