Reply:Oregano and garlic are a pretty fantastic combination.

Soy and ginger.

Lime and soy as well.
Reply:I put salt and pepper in everything but, I especially like thyme and Rosemary and garlic in chicken and I like Bay leaf and marjoram with beef. Sage goes well with Pork as does thyme and rosemary. I use basil with tomato and beef dishes and I also put the old oregano in there too. lemon pepper and Old Bay spice is always around for fish. I like to experiment with different oils too for cooking and frying. The Italian seasonings work well with breadcrumbs for some vegetables too like zucchini egg washed and breaded with this until brown then bake with big thick slices in tomato sauce with lots of Parmesan cheese.
Reply:I use a lot of Lemon Pepper, Red Pepper Chili Flakes, Dehydrated Onion, and a lot of the Ms. Dash preparations, as well as Chili Powder.

One I especially like is Pumpkin Pie Spice. I use it on pancakes, hot cocoa, applesauce, baked applies, pies, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc.
