I'm making salmon tonight what can I put on it?

To flavour it a bit - things I should have in my store cupboard

(we are having rosemary and garlic potatoes, roasted peppers and salad on the side . . . )
I'm making salmon tonight what can I put on it?
try this.........

3 tbsp of orange marmalade

1tbsp orange juice

tsp jack daniels or bourbon.....

put all in a pan and heat thru...pour over you salmon...delicious!!!
Reply:Use some garlic oil. Put a few drops on some foil, rub over. Place salmon on this .Then sprinkle Pepper Garlic powder and some Paprica. Place a slice of lemon on top and then wrap into a parcel.

Place in the oven for about 15 minutes on 180.

Its smashing.

Whatever recipe you use I am sure you will enjoy. They all sound great
Reply:If it's fresh it doesn't need anything but pan frying with a little salt and black pepper!
Reply:lemon
Reply:I ate salmon at a restaurant this weekend and they put a cilantro pesto on top of it. It was so delicious, I am going to try to recreate this myself.
Reply:keep it simple and pan fry it in butter with lemon, maybe a little garlic or black pepper.
Reply:I've seen some people use Honey for the glaze...
Reply:I like to squeeze the juice of half a lemon over it, give a ground grind of black pepper a splash of olive oil before grilling. If you can do this a couple of hours before time the salmon has a wonderful lemony flavour.

We had grilled salmon last week and I sprinkled mixed herbs, black pepper and olive oil on the fillets before grilling. We ate it with greek salad. We enjoyed it! It was delicious!
Reply:i love squeezed lemon, butter and of course salt and pepper.

its Delicious!
Reply:Dissolve some brown sugar and a little bit of cinnamon in orange juice to make a glaze. You can also add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Reply:you can squeeze some lemon on the salmon to give it a kick
Reply:I usually grill it in foil with a slice of tomato and some dijon mustard. It keeps the fillet moist and gives it a delicious flavor.
Reply:Eat up while still fresh.
Reply:first season it with salt and pepper, then squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, then put honey %26amp; wholegrain mustard on it %26amp; fry it in a pan until cooked. Honestly its so tasty...ever since i tried this iv always cooked my salmon in this way..lush :)
Reply:You could put lemon on it or salt or peeper all all of those things.
Reply:Well listen to this Barbie, I am having fresh water trout fillets wrapped in streaky bacon, sprinkled with cayanne pepper and grilled... this works equally well with salmon providing you take care turning it over.
