Where can i buy rosemary tea in singapore?
I don't know Singapore for shopping in. I have read through my herb book for you and find many uses for rosemary but no recipe for tea, although I did find one for a gargle.
In folk medicine the leaf is said to stimulate circulation by increasing blood supply where applied; aid fat digestion; and relieve aching joints and rheumatic pains; seems to be used here as an ointment. Also says used as an antiseptic gargle and mouthwash.
It certainly is edible, however, no information on teas.
You may find it in an herbal tea shop where they mix their own teas.
