Is blue ice rosemary edible?

No. It is "Bog Rosemary", which is not "Rosemary" (Rosmarinus), the herb as you know it, but "Andromeda", a completely different plant than rosemary. It is called bog rosemary because of its similarities in appearance to the herb.

It contains andomedotoxins that can cause digestive, nervous, and respirartory difficulties. It was historically used as a medicinal by some Native Americans, but unless you are familiar with it, it can cause poisoning.
