as I said before to a lot of these posts. whats needed is tougher laws against the perpetrators apparently he only got 18 months for his first rape conviction. what u find happening in the majority of these cases is that the perpertrators had previous convictions for the same thing and were given a light slap on the wrist. i think the austrian authorities should hang their heads in shame. they allowed a rapist to adopt kids. they allowed him to have his criminal record removed after only five years. its a wonder he didn't find a job in a school. its like okay we'll give you 18 months so that next time you'll learn and do it so you won't get caught. and apparently now they saying that 15 years is enough for a perpertrator of sex crimes. its like if one rapes someone in austria at age 20, one gets out at maximum age 35 years or earlier to do it again. so they could have prevented this if they had jailed him properly the first time. and why wasn't DNA tests done on those kids if they had done DNA tests the first one just to check his story that it was his daughters kids, had his criminal record visible someone would have put two and two together. plus how did a known rapist get building permission to build a cellar like that????? this is a clear case yet again of authorities favouring the perpertrators and giving them opportunities to do the same thing over and over again. its clear austrian laws favour criminals instead of the victims. but this is true though of a lot of countries. in austria one can rape someone, get 18 months for it. have the bother of a criminal record removed after a measly five years, adopt kids of the same gender that you raped and build cellars. come on a known rapist building a cellar like that a getting permission for it. if someone told me a rapist was going to build a cellar like that i certainly wouldn't think he wanted to use it to store wine. I mean this country sounds like a paedophiles dream place. i mean if they get arrested the first time, they get a light sentence, so that they'll learn from their mistakes. yeah right the only thing they'll learn like in fritzl's case was how to do it so they won't get caught. and their records are removed this kills me. its like if you've abused a child you lose rights like the privacy of a criminal record

1. Who doesn't question why your husband buys food for 10 people if there is 5 of you
2. Who doesn't question why your husband wheels half of the food every day to the forbidden basement
3. Who doesn't question your husband has a secret collar you are not allowed to (especially given the above reasons)
4. Who doesn't question why your grandchildren keep appearing on your doorstep
5. Who doesn't question why the grandchildren are so pale (they had to be as they did spend many months downstairs before being brought upstairs)
I say, do some serious investigation into her actions as well.
Reply:Rosemarie did not know what he was doing in the basement. Rose participated in Fred's depravity. There is a huge difference even in the crimes commited. No they are not the same and can not be compared to one another.

Keller --she has NO EXCUSE at all to not have
known (or at least ’suspected’) something strange
and conspiratorial was going on regarding her
daughter’s whereabouts and situation and that the
husband’s stories were just far too incredulous
and absolutely made no sense in the least bit!!!
After all -- think about it -- daughter runs away as a
very young teen; daughter mysteriously disappears
at the age of 18 (an age when she can both make
her own decisions and choose to get away from
her father and bring charges against him); the
(convicted-rapist/arsonist) father gets a letter from
daughter 1 month after her disappearance which
ridiculously claims she has joined a cult and
does not want any contact with the family – yet
amazingly later chooses (for 3 years in a row)
to simply leave 3 of her newborn babies on the
doorstep of very home that she tried to run away
from at least 2 X's before and is "allegedly thought"
to have finally left in order to join some sort of
“phantom” cult (a "cult" which, unlike every other
cult, just somehow, seemingly has no desire to try
to indoctrinate the youth from birth, but rather it
simply allows it's members to select a home --one
which in fact, is both not a part of the cult AND is
the very home from which the member ran in order
to join the cult ---to raise their babies and kids of
the cult members) --ALL THE WHILE – the father
forbids ANYONE to ever for ANY REASON to
go ANYWHERE NEAR the mysterious basement
(which he always keeps locked, disappears to for
hours and days on end; has ‘unseen’ bathroom
equipment installed; and has a cement-barricaded
door installed which both has a security-code and
which was so complicated it needed inspection
by local government authorities in order to install).
Just 2 years before the “discovery” of what this
monster (and his devil wife via her complicity of
silence) did to their poor child – another young girl,
and former kidnap victim, was also found in Austria.
It was discovered that the other young kidnap /
rape victim had disappeared 8 years earlier and
had been held in a basement / dungeon where
she had been repeatedly raped the entire time
by the individual who had kidnapped her.
