Why does Rosemary say "You're in Dubrovnik, I can't hear you" in the movie Rosemary's Baby?

She was told that the older couple are out of the country, and she's basically saying that she's aware that she's in a web of lies. It's her quiet way of dealing with the situation.

Remember when she's told that Roman Castevet is dying? He and Minnie are supposed to be traveling during his final days. By now, Rosemary knows that her husband, neighbors and obstetrician are liars and most definitely up to no good.

At that point, Rosemary almost seems like someone in a dream~or nightmare. She's in a nightgown, and her surroundings seem somehow out of focus as she walks the edge of sanity. I hope that doesn't sound too dramatic, but it's the feeling those scenes give me. Knowing Roman Polanski's style, that's exactly what he was aiming for, as in the scene in which Rosemary is impregnated and suddenly realizes "This is not a dream!"
