What are foods are good sources of Calcium besides milk/milk products?
Brocolli and other vegetables. And The truth is that MILK is not really a big source of calcium..IT is a MYTH..Go research on it, you will see. Jellow also has calcium..IT is actually made out of the cow Bones
Reply:I believe that dark green vegetables like kale, greens, and broccoli have some calcium. Research it.

Reply:broccoli, orange juice, etc. also you can take calcium supplements....just make sure to get enough vitamin D because you can't absorb calcium without it
