Rosemary Conley diet - basic principles?

Hi, have tried several diets in past and fancy a go at the Rosemary Conley. What's the idea behind it - ie what can you / can't you eat, etc.

I think it's a low fat diet with exercise incorporated into it.
Reply:This diet is great, low fat, healthy eating and exercise. have you checked out the website? you don't really need need to join, you can gt the recipes off there anyway. I bought the exercise DVDs off eBay for a few quid. if you binge and eat a bit more, just work out more, easy as that. Thanks to Rosemary Conley's plan my jeans are size 10 not 18 in 2 years.

Reply:It's a low-fat diet, nutitionally balanced. The classes consist of 45 minutes aerobic exercise, a weigh-in, and a talk given by the leader.
