Lemon grass will do. Crush the parts near the roots (the bulk looking part of the stem) before boiling them. Add few slices of ginger and some sugar. Lemon grass heals while ginger is a pain killer and also get rid of the wind. Sugar to make the taste more pleasant.
Reply:Mint is what you should use.
Reply:MINT OR PEPPER MINT THEY WILL HELP WITH AN UPSET STOMACH AND INDIGESTION.
Reply:I've been reading that eatting live tree frogs, rats or mice can help cure stomach aches and pains.
Reply:mint and lemon balm
Reply:Toad wart and bat sweat.
Reply:Ginger is the answer. Rosemary is 2nd best.
Reply:Go to the Doctor.
Reply:Just chew on mint or parsley. Mint is supposed to relieve stomach problems, but eat a little bit of food too. Mint on an empty stomach doesn't sound like it would help much.

Sounds like you have an awesome garden. I am jealous. :)

Good luck! :)
Reply:mint %26amp; lemon balm would be your best choices.
Reply:mixer or one or the other or all!
Reply:not to be funny or anything, and I don't want to offend you...but...

When I have stomach ache I make stem tea (My brother smokes a little...you know...every now and then and he saves the stems for me so I can use them in tea) It doesn't get you high, but it makes you feel alot more relaxed and it takes the edge off.

But also if you're not into that try a slice of lemon in some hot water with some honey. It works wonders when you don't feel right.

Hope you feel better soon!
Reply:Leaves from the mint family work well. There are phytochemicals that relax the smooth muscle tissue of the upper GI tract.

Because of this, do not use mint if you have acid reflux.

I grow lemon balm, which is a mint, and occasionally chew on fresh leaves after a meal.
Reply:if you got any marijuana in your garden that would be classified as a herb and it would make your tummy feel mighty fine
Reply:Peppermint tea is the best for that. Lemon balm might help from the list above also.
Reply:Peppermint always makes my stomache feel better (it's the only flavor gum I will chew too). Boiled Fennel seeds help as well. Hope you feel better soon.
Reply:why dont u just go to the doctor. what if its cancer. if it is i hope not but if it is and u go now they l cure it if u go later they wont. unless u ate something bad or u were in the cold than i l reccomend the lemon 1
