How do these sound as main courses for different dinners?

Well 1 night it would be a portobello mushroom baked inside of dough (it'd be totally covered in it so it'd be baked in the crust) with sliced tomatos on it and melted cheese, and each mushroom would be its own sperate little "pizza" also we some peppers and spics on it

Scond night would be A Chicken tofo soup, just cooked chicken inside of a chicken broth with baked or fried tofo an veggies (peas and corn)

and the 3rd night would be a chicken with a rub of lemon juice, olive oil, basil, pepper, thyme, chilli powder, and rosemary, oh and minced garlic

Desert for all of them would be bisquick biscuits mixed in with suger and maybe cinnamon, and filled with jams and jellys. How does that sound? All the recipes were amde by me.

Oh I though of another meal

Just some plain fish (whole) rubbed with herbs, and inside (it would be cleaned out and gutted of course) it would have a hallowed chili stuffed with maybe a bunch of spices or whatever I feel like.

Sounds good, but depends on who's coming for dinner! Your culinary aspirations would likely be lost on a 6-year-old but be great for a special occasion. The biscuits are just "good home cooking," always tasty but perhaps too heavy for your entrees. Maybe a mousse or sorbet? Also change things up a bit if you're feeding the same folks more than once. Make sure your side dishes and wine, if served, are good matches to your main dishes too.
