i am thinking of trying this, what does everyone think of it
Anyone done the rosemary conley diet?
I havent done it but know someone ehos just lost 6 stone on it
Reply:I dont know much about that one and i'm not really answering the question.. BUT i can reccomend the Slimming World diet. It lets you eat until your full and a group of my friends all joined and have all been successful :)
